This notice is to past clients of Fine Art Vacations LLC and its related entities who have purchased artwork onboard cruise ships.

 

Fine Art Vacations LLC was induced to provide a portion of its client base to Luxury Jewelry Network, Sohia Fiori and Mr. Bernard Bachoura and Ms. Natalya Bachoura. Luxury Jewelry Network represented to us that they have the ability to validate email addresses and mobile numbers vs landline numbers. Mr. Bachoura stated that in addition to being a jewelry designer, he is also a computer programer and has the ability and the software to perform such functions. We were planning a strategic partnership whereby Fine Art Vacations LLC was going to communicate with its past guests and invite them to attend select online events hosted by Luxury Jewelry Network.

 

To date, we have not formed any such partnership with Luxury Jewelry Network and these individuals have essentially taken our client base and stopped communicating. If you have received ANY unsolicited emails or text messages from Luxury Jewelry Network, please report such activity to info@fineartvacations.com and we, in turn, will provide such incident report to the FCC, FTC and other state and federal regulatory agencies.

 

We take the privacy and integrity of personal contact information very seriously and do not in any way shape or form condone or approve of any actions by Luxury Jewelry Network that can violate such privacy laws. We have sent numerous emails and requests to LJN and the individuals known to us to be associated with LJN as well as their known attorney of record and have not received any response and have not received any confirmation of their intent to return our valuable client base back to us.

 

Having reviewed several of LJN's recent events, Fine Art Vacations, LLC does not approve of their sales methods and has no affiliation with them whatsoever.
